On Thursday we hosted our annual Careers fair with a focus on preparing Y10 & 12 students for the future. During lunch we had also had students from Y7-9 attend. In the hall we had over 20 companies & providers speaking to students. Students excitedly went from stall to stall gaining lots of valuable information, advice and guidance on careers in engineering, finance, architecture and many more.

We also held a series of presentations which took place across the school, which consisted of 20 minute talks on Careers in STEM from WSP, apprenticeships from Herts County Council, employability skills from the senior enterprise coordinator for Herts LEP and Mr Klippel delivered a presentation on student university loans.

Thank you to all who supported the event today and left students with plenty of food for thought, as they prepare for their next steps in education and the world of work.
