Our Larch Carol Service will take place on Tuesday 15th December at All Saints’ Church at 6pm for public attendance. 

The service will feature:

• Larch Wind and Brass (Year 4, 5 & 6), 

• Larch String Orchestra (Year 4, 5 & 6)

• Larch Choir

• Junior Choir

The service will be repeated on Wednesday 18th December only for Simon Balle staff and students.

No tickets/charge for this event but there will be a retiring collection for All Saints’ Church.

The PSA will serve refreshments before the service.

We ask all our music families to donate a box of mince pies or a packet of shortbread, these should be brought to the music office any day by Friday 11th December.

Daytime Rehearsals

The choirs, orchestras and readers will be rehearsing at the church during the day so they need to bring their instruments into school in the morning. They will leave these at the church ready for the evening. 

Cellos should be left in the Larch Library before school as we will transport these to the church. 

All students will be back at the end of the school day and there are no rehearsals after school on the last week of term, including choirs on Thursday. Please make your own arrangements.  

Evening Performance

Please bring children to the church by 5.40pm, the service will start promptly at 6pm and will last around 40 minutes. 

They should wear their full winter uniform including green jumper/cardigan and school shoes, no make-up or nail varnish please. 

The children can leave their instruments at the church overnight so they are ready for the school service on Wednesday morning. 

Wednesday 16th December

The service will be repeated in the morning for other pupils to watch, this is only for Simon Balle pupils and staff to attend.
