This is the new program we are using to timetable music lessons, track attendance and progress, safeguard coming out of class lessons and have all information together. Hopefully, this will save you searching through all of those emails. There is the web based portal and the app. This is the way you will check lesson times.

15 minutes of your time is required to set up your account and load the app.

This is so important so that you are ready for the start of term and untick a couple of boxes to prevent zillions of emails coming your way.

Using the app, and login, you can check progress and see when the next lesson is. Soon, teachers will, where needed, be sending practice notes home through PPM.

I suggest that parents / carers and students have the app on their phones or devices with the same login and password. The same for the website. Student accounts are coming soon.

Students can check the app and receive the email alerts in the morning before school, setting a reminder on their watch as usual.

For Years 2, 3 and 4 the time of the lesson might not change on the program as teachers go and collect the children at different times each week. You can still check lesson notes and lessons. The day of the lesson is still correct.

Years 5 and 6 - the lesson times will be correct and students should arrive at their lesson on time with their instrument and music!
